James Wentling/Architects ...

I worked with Bob Hopkins over a period of six years during Bob's residence in Southeastern Pennsylvania, where he worked as a Project Manager on several residential construction projects.  I was always impressed with Bob's knowledge of construction sequencing and costs

Paul S. Wahlberg, Walhberg, Morales, Wright, Waite and Associates - Architects ... Before I comment relative to the qualities of Bob Hopkins, I believe it appropriate to tell you who I am.  I am Paul Walhberg of Wahlberg, Morales, Wright and Wait Architects, and have practiced architecture since 1956.  Over the years, I have had the good fortune of providing services for a wide variety of projects, and in 1970 became heavily involved with multi-unit housing and since that time have provided the architectural services for in excess of 80,000 units located in many cities throughout twenty three states.  On most of these projects, I have had varying degrees of periodic observation and substantial completion requirements.

Job site involvement was my introduction to Bob Hopkins.  He has functioned as general superintendent on at least five projects that I have the responsibility to, and if I were to build a project for myself I would want Bob Hopkins as my superintendent.  Over the course of time I have found him to be: 1. Totally Competent, 2. Totally Trustworthy, 3. Of the Highest Integrity, 4. Well Organized, 5. Respected by His Subcontractors, 6. Receptive to Constructive Criticism, 7. Responsive to Punch List Requirements, 8. Cooperative with Leasing and Management, 9. Generally in Control.

Bob Hopkins is an excellent man who has abilities, in my opinion, that surpass his previous role as General Superintendent.

Give Bob Hopkins the opportunity, and I will assure you that he will earn your total confidence within a very short period of time.

Sincerely,

Paul S. Wahlberg, Architect
